School board supports leaving CIML | News, Sports, Jobs

The motion was passed 5-0 Monday evening. The Marshalltown Bobcats are one step closer to entering a new era in their high school athletics history. At the Monday Marshalltown Community School Board meeting, Superintendent Theron Schutte resolved to break off into a separate conference. The action would separate the district from the Central Iowa Metropolitan League (CIML) for the 2022-23 school and athletic year. The resolution passed unanimously.
