The State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Monday Bala Kuryas says five suspects have been arrested in connection with the crime, promising that the remaining gang members will be apprehended. While reassuring the residents of their safety, the police chief in a statement on Sunday said the abducted Commissioner returned home unhurt.
