ECHO readers are divided after the parents of a teenage boy were handed a £200 fine after he kept trying to meet up with his friends despite a police warning. The 16-year-old boy was warned by police not to return to King George V playing Fields in Haydock yesterday.
The boy was found meeting up with a group of friends which was later dispersed by police.
Despite the verbal warning from the police they caught the boy, who police said had ignored the warning and continued to meet back up with his mates.
