Submitted by Port Properties Ltd, the supporting documents note: “The typical end user envisaged are business uses requiring relatively small but flexible floorspace for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s). “There is an identified demand in the market for units to meet the needs of SME’s, and this proposal seeks to contribute towards meeting this demand in Llangefni.
