Three children, aged 9, 5 and 2 years, died after their mother jumped into a well along with them at Kumharsai village under Kharsawan police station limits in adjoining Seraikela-Kharsawan district. The woman, in her early thirties, took the step following a quarrel with her husband. While the woman was rescued, her three children two girls and a boy drowned, the police said.
