for $40 billion, that s billion dollars off of aeg live. they are claiming they have a smoking gun e-mail. i think all that means is aeg was going to underwrite it. it had nothing to do with the patient/physician relationship between michael jackson and conrad murray. won t aeg say michael jackson requested dr. murray. he wanted his own doctor. he said he wouldn t go on without him. they are going to say that. in addition to that, what s interesting is that what aeg is doing is they are going to use the molestation trial against him. when he was acquitted and cleared of molestation charges why is this relevant? if i was sitting in judgment, i would say it s mot relevant. but they are saying it goes to the the issue of his dependency and that s when he began to be dependent upon drugs and alcohol
at least prince is scheduled to testify. it is going to get ugly. i think the judge ruled recently that aeg can bring up the child molestation trial. i don t think she s ruled that they can talk about the finances at the time of his death. he was $400 million in debt when he died. he had a tremendous amount of stress put on him. was it is by aeg or was it by his own circumstances in life, that s what they re going to have to decide. yeah, it could get really ugly. debra anytime children go ahead. anytime children testify, it s uncomfortable and i don t sympathize with them if they do have to testify. i hope they don t. debra, do you think there s going to be any regret when you are getting the kids involved in this, talking about the molestation charges? it s the goal of any litigation attorney representing the family who has children, you don t want them to testify. it s the goal in aeg in this instance to put everybody on the stand. i personally don t think the two
zimmerman and his family or that side of the family, they don t like african-americans. and so certainly the defense opens the door. this witness becomes relevant and that s why she s also on the prosecution s witness list. then no matter what happens in the trayvon martin case, could he face another trial based on molestation charges? it s hard to tell whether she s going to be found credible, whether or not the statute of limitations has run. but certainly for this case, it s possible that it becomes relevant. i think that s why it s such a bombshell today. family member coming out, not just stranger with maybe an axe to grind but a family member. apparently the family confronted george zimmerman about it at some store and he said restaurant and he said nothing and just said i m sorry and walked out. at least that s her version of what happened. this case just gets worse and worse. all right. moving on this morning. a missouri man has given a chilling murder confession
