So far firefighters in Northern California have been unable to control a string of 22 catastrophic wildfires. Powerful winds are fanning the flames and officials warn the worst is not over. At least 23 deaths are blamed on the fires. 3,500 buildings and homes have been destroyed and more are under way. Reporter good morning. That number 23 dead could rise. Theyre afraid of that. There are a number of reasons for that. So many people are missing still four days into this and, secondly, they even not had a chance to search every home thats burned down.
