The case is against Arif, Mohd Faisal, Abdul Sattar, Tanveer Ali and Hunain, who are accused of being a part of the mob that set ablaze the Bhajanpura petrol pump, besides assaulting people, pelting stones and committing vandalism and arson on February 24, 2020
The court said that the nine accused were part of an unlawful assembly which allegedly broke into shops, burnt them and committed theft at various places. The incident took place on February 24, 2020, in Shiv Vihar. All the accused were identified and booked under various offences.
