KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah (pic) has disposed of 25 million shares or a 4.6% stake in KPower Bhd.
In an interesting twist to the event, Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah bought one million shares or a 0.03% stake on Friday.
Trading of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's securities on Bursa Malaysia has been suspended from 2.30pm on Friday (Oct 22) until further notice by the bourse regulator to maintain an orderly and fair market in the trading of the engineering services provider's securities.
Bursa Malaysia has set Tuesday (Oct 26) as the deadline for Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd to announce the findings of the special independent review, which addresses the audit issues flagged by its former external auditor, KPMG.
