KATHMANDU, May 19: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case in the Special Court against former chief of the Land Revenue Office, Tikapur, Mohan Snehi Rasaili, and non-gazetted first class officer Agni Bahadur Shahi on charge of misusing their position and embezzling Rs 246.97 million.
