Muscat: The Ministry of Labor (MoL) will roll out the Individual Performance Measurement and Institutional Proficiency System (Ejada), covering 175,000 employees and 57 civilian units in the state’s administrative apparatus from January 2.The appraisal system which is in line with the Oman 2040 Vision, aims to improve the level of quality of services.
