KUALA LUMPUR: The two owners of the Crackhouse Comedy Club have withdrawn their application to challenge the action of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in revoking the club’s business licence and banning the duo from starting any business in the city permanently.
Crackhouse Comedy Club’s owners, Mohamad Rizal Johan Van Geyzel and Shankar R Santhiram, have dropped their request to challenge Kuala Lumpur’s City Hall’s (DBKL) decision to revoke their business license and permanently ban them from running any new businesses.
PETALING JAYA: The two owners of Crackhouse Comedy Club have withdrawn their legal challenge over an alleged blacklist against the duo by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has granted leave for Crackhouse Comedy Club's co-owners to challenge the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) decision to revoke its operating licence as well as a permanent ban imposed on them from starting any businesses in the city.
