Over a week ago, it was reported that more than 20 dogs were poisoned within a week in Ipoh.
Since last Thursday (December 24), nine wild dogs have been found dead due to poisoning near a factory in Puncak Jelapang, Ipoh.
According to Sinar Harian, a 40-year-old woman living near the area found two dog carcasses in front of her house around 10pm.
Ipoh District Deputy Chief of Police, Superintendent Mohamad Nordian Abdullah said the next day, the woman also found 7 more dog carcasses in a nearby factory area.
Before the incident happened, the woman saw five unidentified men on the street near her house roaming around.
