Mentari Court residents who tested negative to get vaccinated

PETALING JAYA: All individuals who tested negative for Covid-19 at Mentari Court, which has been placed under the enhanced movement control order, will be vaccinated starting Sunday. Petaling district officer Datuk Johary Anuar said this would be the first time vaccines would be given in an area under enhanced MCO in Selangor, as the aim was to curb the spread of the virus effectively. “Mentari Court has more than 17,000 residents in 3,469 units of houses and so far we have detected 500 positive cases in the area. “The vaccines will be administered at Mentari Court itself. All residents, including foreigners, will be given vaccines,” he said outside the apartment complex yesterday.
