KUALA LUMPUR, May 1 Thank you and appreciation messages from several Cabinet ministers poured in for the workers across the country in conjunction with the National Labour Day.
The Cabinet was briefed that Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists' Union's demand for KSh 206,000 salary for intern doctors was unsustainable.
Kenya's Pharmacy and Poisons Board has withdrawn Benylin cough syrup from the market due to safety concerns. It noted it was investigating South African-made syrup.
