Property developer St. Modwen has attracted the Thorne-based AM100 car retail group to its 27-acre at St. Modwen Park Doncaster industrial and logistics development in the South Yorkshire town.
The location is already home to a mixture of engineering, automotive and logistics occupiers including Bosch and DB Schenker and is Located on a major arterial route between the M18 and the A1 – just eight miles from Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
Stoneacre’s new Parts and Logistic Hub is part of a “one stop shop” philosophy from the group to support its 23 car franchise partners and deliver new standards of parts service to motor trade customers across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

St Modwen Park development A vast, new industrial unit has been given planning permission just off Junction 17 of the M4. The new 88,790 sq ft unit will form the second phase of development at St Modwen Park, which is set to be delivered next year. The developer sticks spades in the ground from February 2021. St Modwen’s first phase, a 106,200 sq ft unit, has recently been finished and is ready for its intended industrial and logistics occupiers. To be known as C88, the new unit has an internal height of 12.5 metres, 67 car parking spaces including 10 electric car charging points and a 50 metre yard depth.
