Samsung has announced the launch of an array of the latest chipsets which will be used in the company s 5G devices. The new 3GPP Rel.16 compliant chipsets incorporate a Digital Front End (DFE)-RFIC integrated chip, a second-generation 5G modem System-on-Chip (SoC), and a third-generation mmWave Radio Frequency Integrated Circut (RFIC) chip.
