Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic was recently awarded a $40,000 grant from Alaska Run for Women to support KBFPC’s breast health community education and outreach on the Kenai Peninsula. Alaska Run for Women is an organization that is committed to supporting and raising funds for breast cancer research and awareness in the state as well as the sponsor of the popular run and walk event held each June to raise money for relevant community projects statewide. KBFPC is proud to be one of eleven 2023 grant recipients.
