FRANCISTOWN: Twelve Zimbabweans were Tuesday arraigned before court to face charges of smuggling in persons and another of entering Botswana through an illegal point of entry.
FRANCISTOWN: Zimbabwean duo, Thato Ngwenya and Shepherd Ngwenya, along with two Batswana, Moemedi Choto and Simane Lungisani, appeared before the Francistown Magistrate Court on Tuesday to answer to one count of allegedly stealing a Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) cable.
