Minnesota Highway 23 ramps project at Willmar to be completed Friday, Oct 6

According to a news release from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the ramps connecting Kandiyohi County Road 5 and Highway 23 on the southwest edge of Willmar will be complete by the end of Friday, Oct. 6.
