ST. PAUL, Minn. (KEYC) A former state senator and vocal critic of Minnesota’s COVID-19 emergency measures is running for governor.
Republican Scott Jensen served one term in the Senate and retired in January.
The family physician has been critical of the state’s response to the pandemic and has questioned federal guidelines around reporting COVID-19 deaths.
Lexington Mayor Mike Murphy is also seeking the Republican nomination.
