Richmond, Virginia: Mixed-Use Development Brings New Life to an Iconic African-American Neighborhood

In November 2020, Enterprise Community Development opened a mixed-income development in Richmond, Virginia, consisting of two apartment buildings. The Rosa includes 72 replacement units for residents of a public housing project and the adjoining Van de Vyver has 36 units that are affordable for residents making at or below 60 percent of the area median income and 46 market-rate apartments.
