After spending 24 years behind bars a milwaukee man is hours away from being a free man. Free man. From being a 120 years in prison but right now has been exonerated. Ann sterling joins us live with whats happening today. Daryl Dwayne Holloway was serving time on two Sexual Assault convictions. He was found guilty in 1993 but a Milwaukee County judge signed an order yesterday vacating that 120year sentence. This is according the codirector of the wisconsin innocence project. The director says new dna evidence proved holloway in fact, he says it conclusively excluded daryl holloway. Yesterday the judge dismissed all charges. Holloway will be released from Green Bay Correctional Institution today. Breaking news this morning.
