Former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf PhD '81 has been recognized with the 2023 Robert A. Muh Alumni Award from the MIT School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
Cristina Parreno Alonso from the MIT Department of Architecture recently devised a new class, The Deep Time Project, which launched in Fall 2022. The class culminated in a series of “material essays” that seek to bring deep time into contemporary consciousness.
Thirty-two exceptional MIT undergrads were selected as 2023 Burchard Scholars. They will enjoy a seminar series and conversations over dinners with distinguished faculty.
