PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Mayor Frank Jacksonâs grandson, Frank Q. Jackson, was indicted in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Thursday for assault, a second-degree felony, and failure to comply, a third-degree felony, for the incident involving Parma police in January.
Just in: A grand jury has indicted the Cleveland mayorâs grandson, who is accused of fleeing Parma PD during a traffic stop. Frank Q.
