Early this morning (April 29), a crime most unusual took place at a North Dakota Girl Scouts Horizons building.
According to
Grand Forks Herald, a Bismarck woman was arrested for the attempted burglary of a Girl Scouts Horizons building in Grand Forks. The woman was found naked, laying near a busy Grand Forks road not far from the Girls Scouts building that was burglarized. The woman was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries, on her arms and feet, she was placed under arrest for suspected burglary and criminal mischief.
