Abilene police arrested two females Thursday in connection with the stabbings of two teenagers at a house party, according to a news release.
Mariah Garza, 17, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is in the Taylor County Jail. Her bonds total $75,000.
Misti Bowen, 34, was charged with state jail felony criminal negligence and was released from jail Friday on a $10,000 bond.
The investigation began when police were called at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday to a north Abilene hospital, where two females, ages 13 and 15, were being treated for stab wounds. Police did not release the condition of the victims.
