A Fox Cities restaurant owner accused of using his businesses as a front to sell drugs says he is “not guilty”. Luis Morales enters the plea in Green Bay Federal Court to charges of Distribution of Drugs and Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Prosecutors allege Morales and several of his employees sold cocaine out of three Mister Taco locations in Kimberly, Appleton, and Hilbert–along with Savor Food and Spirits in Kimberly. An investigation into those alleged activities started back in 2009. The employees also indicted in the case have also entered pleas of “not guilty”.
