Dominion had a big problem in one Pennsylvania county during a primary back on May 18, where voting machines failed to display Republican ballots. How convenient.   Dominion Voting Systems, a company beset by dubious election fraud claims in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, said “human error” was to blame after machines in a Pennsylvania county failed to display Republican ballots. Nicole Nollette, the executive vice president of operations at Dominion, announced the conclusion during a two-hour special meeting held by the Luzerne County volunteer election board on Monday, according to the Times Leader. This contradicts Director of Elections Bob Morgan, who said last week a “coding error” from within Dominion caused the mishap during local primary elections last Tuesday.

Two conflicting legal opinions had been presented to the board. Related Video Thomas said she did not feel she had enough information to reach a conclusion, and Roth said she was unsure how to proceed, describing the dueling legal analysis as “very confusing.” Prior first assistant DA Sam Sanguedolce was automatically appointed to fill the post March 25, when Stefanie Salavantis resigned because she is running for county judge. Like Salavantis, Sanguedolce is a Republican.
