Recovery efforts are under way this morning in Virginia Beach after a powerful storm caused extensive damage and injured at least ten people. The Severe Weather hit thursday afternoon. A possible tornado may have touched down. Homes in a fiveblock radius were damaged by the strong winds. Windows were knocked out and trees blown down. A wildfire in Central Washington is threatening more than 200 homes. The mills canyon fire burned 28 square miles in just two days, and fire officials fear it may double in size. Residents of about a dozen homes have been told to evacuate. And a severe drought has lowered water levels at the hoover dam to record levels.
