The. Im sorry im going my question it sounds like the current proposals that are grandfathered projects we picked the line january 1st within the next 6 months because the grandfather well see them wherever their calendar. Yes. As they come before you when we made that chart we talked with the staff is working on it and were in consultation with the project sponsor so the staff made an estimate as which projects about come forward in the next 6 months so the interim controls always proposed we think will only currently go 6 months the only projects that need to be approved will come under this framework. Part one thats the next part 2 the remaining projects look like theyre ready to come before us but after the grandfathered date it reads as were not claerpd them. Okay. So my question what will we see that is subject so interim controls thats not a grandfathered project. Bernal heights chapter. Were a group of low and moderateincome neighborhoods. We do a lot of work on housing, but it all comes down to people feeling like they are losing their community. And that the changes around them mean that they are losing the culture all around them, the Diverse Community of the mission. Part of that is the businesses that they go to, affordable businesses that serve the community. What we are hearing is that people feel like they have already lost valencia; right . And what does it mean when you merge retail spaces or get a more upscale business . It means that a lot of times the businesses that are there in their place are not only not affordable, but dont provide services that long time residents need. It also means rents go up all over. If you have more upscale businesss it means you attract higher rents in housing and in retail. And so these are just commonsense, temporary measures, and so im here to support calle 24th. Thanks. Hi. Francisco. We represent over 300 Small Business members, 80 of them over the last ten years were located in the mission area. Now 75 of them are not there anymore, including myself. I used to have an office there. I cannot afford it anymore and changes with the housing program, were still having those problems. We need to support Small Businesss and we need to support moll and pop businesses. We have been working with the city to make more lbes. Local business enterprises. Were having this the relevance that it has on small Latino Business in the area is very important. Other areas are able to keep their cultural identities. We need to do the same. We need to have the time to consider to work like the bay view has done it. We need your support. We are here to support supervisor campos. We are here to tell you that it is about merging businesses. It is about bringing Small Businesses, but its also more important to keep Small Businesses in the mission, to keep the cultural relevance. We

Residents. Long time residents say high rents are changing the character of the mission. Frustrated renters and housing activists are demanding the city leaders do something to help those being pushed out or cant afford to stay. Last month, San Francisco supervisors heard hours of testimony to hold market rate housing while they build more Affordable Housing. I work for San Francisco parks. I got evicted. I barely held on to stay in the city because my family was in the mission with my niece and nephew. Its a high proportion of their income. Mine is 50 . I live in the Mission District all my life. I got priced out. I moved, couldnt afford to rent. But, i love my city. Im here every day. I work for the city. Cant afford to live here . How is that fair to me . Lets keep more people here. They want to be here. They dont want to move to Modesto Tracy stockton and have to commute to San Francisco to work. I have been notified of eviction and i have nowhere to go. My kids, im an honest hard
