I would say as a contrasting to the project we just heard, there is public space and retail and other things that sort of integrated into the highly commercial district located in. I would say, i do think i agree, popus has been challenging for us. We have had comment from the public in the past that verifies something that anybody who has been to some of the Larger Hotels can see that they can be hard to find, hard to access.
