Took him across the street and tried to resuscitate him but he was already gone. Lets go to sky 7hd live where it looks like they have the upper hand on this blaze. A large section of the roof collapsed about an hour ago. Since then they have been pumping thousands of gallons of water on it. This was a massive fouralarm fire that had 125 firefighters battling the flames from all sides of the building. It started around 6 30 on the third floor which is mostly residential. People were seen scrambling out of windows and on to tire escapes. There were a boy and his dog rescued and a 5yearold girl who was missing and then found. At least six people were transported to the hospital suffering from burns and smoke inhalation. There was a lot of panic and chaos out here. The blaze started about 6 45 last night and is still burning this morning. It tore through a building with businesses on the bottom floor and apartments on the top.
