广西新闻网-广西日报南宁讯（记者 赵超 通讯员 蒙翠云）记者近日从2021年全区城镇困难群众脱困解困工作电视电话会议获悉，经过5年的努力，全区工会系统全面完成了城镇困难职工解困脱困的目标任务，全区困难职工在档数从2016年初的3万余户下降至今年7月底的2765户。
据介绍，我区工会努力为困难职工构建较为完善的常态化帮扶机制，协同政府各部门进一步为在档困难职工构建筑牢基本生活、基本医疗、教育救助、基本住房安全、就业创业、社会保险政策待遇“六条保障线”，确保一户不漏、一人不少。对有就业能力的，利用孵化基地、爱心企业为有需求的困难职工及家庭成员免费提供就业创业技能培训和就业创业岗位，增强困难职工家庭造血功能；对因病致困的，推动将其纳入大病保险、医疗救助和互助保障体系，帮助解决看病难、看病�
