Most of these not actually point. But there are a couple of showers up through newburyport near cape ann, also back through Southern New Hampshire. Some of these near manchester, keene, are actually making it to the ground. Theres more out in western mass. This is all associated with a disturbance thats pushing through right at this point. Now its going to quickly clear out. So as we go through the day, were going to dry out and actually see breaks of sunshine by the later half of the day. This morning, it is mild though in the upper 40s in boston. Already in the mid 50s on nantucket. Mid 40s in worcester. So you can see that temperatures are only going to go up as we go through the afternoon. Especially with a southwest wind. By lunchtime warming up into the upper 50s. Its an hour earlier than yesterday. I want to show you whats happening. We do have a couple of showers out there this morning to talk about. Especially in Southern New Hampshire if youre traveling up 95 towards portsmouth and all the way up into Southern Maine back through manchester, traveling up 93 towards concord, greenfield seeing some. Once you get into central mass though a lot of these showers point. It may not even be making it to the ground because the air is is so dry. Disturbance. Its going to swing in some energy through the Morning Hours so we will have to leave in a chance for a couple of showers lunchtime. And then temperatures will sunshine. After i was elected, i had the privilege to be appointed to a task force on combating terrorist and foreign fighter travel. For six months, our Bipartisan Task force looked at this very threat. What we discovered is that 30,000 individuals have traveled from over 100 countries to iraq and syria to join isis. We know about 4,500 are from western and visawaiver countries. And 250 of them are from america. Those are the ones that we know. We realize there are probably so many that we dont know. In addition, Law Enforcement has isisrelated investigations in every single state right now, with cases increasing at an alarming rate. And isis is employing a sophisticated and unprecedented propaganda, recruitment, and socialmedia campaign. They use it to inspire or direct people to travel to isiscontrolled areas to join the fight or remain where they are and commit terrorist attacks at home.
