a woman is suing u.s. airways over her dead husband s missing ashes. the wife, seen here with her late husband, says she tried to fly his ashes to his home town in the uk back in 2011 but that transportation security officials refused to let her carry them on her flight. so she says, agents at philadelphia international airport directed her to usairways counter where she asked airline workers to put the ashes in her checked luggage. when she got to the uk she says the ashes were gone. her attorney says they obviously made the choice through incompetence and outrageous behavior to determine his last resting place. the woman claims the airline has essentially blown her off since the incident. we reached out to usairways, which provided us with a statement that reads in part, quoting here: while we certainly send our condolences to mrs. o grady, u.s. airplane investigation into this matter did not uncover any information indicate that usairways is
