CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Cheyenne city council approved of two resolutions Monday evening that create a pathway for Cheyenne in the technology and entrepreneurship field. The resolutions are to create a technology, innovation and entrepreneur advisory council.
Councilwoman Michelle Aldrich was the sponsor of the resolutions, she was determined and inspired to see them approved by the council; as a venture capital firm will be coming to Cheyenne in the near future. The purpose of these advisory councils is to help the city prepare and properly accommodate the mentioned businesses, which provide well-paying jobs, and contribute to the city’s growth in technology and entrepreneur infrastructure.
42-year-old Greeley, Colorado resident Farrel Williams was arrested after eluding law enforcement in a stolen vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
Wyoming Highway Patrol received initial reports of a 2007 Cadillac Escalade driving erratically in the area of Campstool Road and I-80 at around 12:20 pm today, January 27th. The plate matched a vehicle stolen out of Greeley.

The vehicle was spotted by a Trooper on Vandehei Avenue and I-25 about 45 minutes after the initial notification. An attempt was made to stop the stolen Cadillac, but the driver did not stop and tossed a handgun out the window, according to WHP. The driver then entered onto I-25 from Vandehei Avenue and drove south.Â
