Well, it turns out it gets worse. Today, hagel said he needs 10 billion to fix the force. Heres david martin. Reporter the pentagon has long proclaimed nuclear forces, landbased and submarine launched missiles as well as longrange bombers, are its highest priority. But this review commissioned by the pentagon made that claim sound farcical.
