he is speaking with us from canberra. and thanks for doing. so when you look at the battlefield and where coming in from, what do you see is the most likely strategy militarily employed by russia as these operations continue? i think what you re seeing is the initial air and missile bombardment. lots of footage of cruise missiles hitting targets all over ukraine. large artillery barrages coming off the russian-held areas in the east in the donbas and luhansk and donetsk. i think the next step would be the russian forces in that area expand their offensive into ukrainian held territory, and that s where we re likely to see intense fighting. and at the same time, you re going to see russian forces and belarus advance south towards kyiv. and i think that s a key area of access of advance that we need
