WILLIAMSBURG — The 2023 Whitley County Fair kicked off last weekend with the Miss Whitley County Fair pageant opened for individuals in the state of Kentucky.
WILLIAMSBURG Thirteen young ladies graced the stage at the Williamsburg Tourism and Convention Center Friday night vying for the title of Miss Whitley County Fair 2022.
