Bright lights, horse-drawn trolley rides and jolly characters like Santa will return to bring holiday cheer for the Downtown Lights Up Tuesday night along Center Street in downtown Goldsboro.
Eight young ladies will be vying for the Miss Goldsboro crown on Saturday evening at the Paramount Theatre, while five others are competing for Miss Goldsboro’s Teen title.
