Aicha Diallo of Hamden, a woman of Guinean descent, is the new Miss Connecticut s Outstanding Teen. Diallo and the new Miss Connecticut Sapna Raghavan, a woman of Indian descent, are the first women of color to hold both top posts for the program, which is a part of the Miss America Organization.
