The Democrat Senate minority leader, chuck schumer, blamed hard, right wing forces in the white house and said dealing with mr trump was like negotiating with jelly. We can do big things, but the president needs to step up and lead. The republicans control the presidency, the senate, the house. They know whos responsible.
