Seagate Development Group completes custom home at Windward Isle

Seagate Development Group announced it has completed construction of a custom home at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. The community is being developed by Seagate in partnership with Southborough, Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties, LLC and is the first community in North Naples to offer a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees. Windward Isle was named recipient of the prestigious 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the Year award. Windward Isle is nearly sold out. Just one buildable homesite remains available for purchase.
