The pandemic has forced many couples into demanding new routines as they attempt to incorporate working whether at home or on the front lines with child care and remote schooling. The results have strained relationships across the United States. As the pandemic hit, we had to make a 360-degree change in how we function as a family, said Amy Nguyen, 43, a marketing manager in Brea, Calif.
