The Massachusetts Association of Vocational Administrators shares that 18 vocational schools across the state have been awarded more than $10 million in grants to train more than 1,200 people in technical careers.
Kathleen Dawson, the superintendent-director of the Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District who was placed on leave in May amid mounting criticism of her leadership style, will resign this week.
"I have always put the interests of students first and I have not intentionally engaged in any misconduct,” Superintendent Kathleen Dawson said in a statement Friday.
