that. it had some infrastructure, had some short run things. if you look at the cash for clunkers or first home buyer tax credit. they were geared to try to shift it from 2010 into 2009. given it s taken this long, i don t think you would do that short stuff. just for clarity, when the administration came in and did the stimulus, however big it was, too big, too small, how much was the economy shrinking then? when folks were it was at minus 9%. at the time we thought it was around minus 3.5%. and it wasn t just us minus 3.5%. which would be pretty bad, but minus 9% is worse. and we found out minus 9% just this year. last year it got revised to minus 6%. and that s why the stimulus, when people say, the stimulus doesn t work, where are the jobs? i think it s mainly the baseline.

some stuff but 8 in chicago and 3 in kansas city and minus 9 in minneapolis. all driving south and east. a lot of folks are going to get a little piece of this. a couple of storms we re dealing with. the first one moving across the northeast today and that is bringing some rain and some snow on the area and with that, we re calling for maybe 3 to 6 inches of snow across parts of the northern tier and also some snow across parts of oklahoma could see 6 to 10 inches of snow there. denver seeing some snow as well and dallas could see 1 to 4 inches of snow. the problem with the snow across the northeast, we have seen about 150 roof or strurp collapses because of the weight of the snow on these things and on top of that, snow sliding off buildings and that has been dangerous as well. here is video out of charleston or charles town in boston where a couple of cars were damaged just from snow and ice that were moving, obviously, down ward and no injuries here but a dangerous go and more wet
chicago is that where we re starting? in the midwest, where temperatures dangerously cold. it sounds like a broken record, all winter long, another pulse of arctic air driving south. these are wind chills, what it feels like against your skin. minus 9 in chicago. it was about that last week when i was there in the blizzard. it feels awful. you re out there five, ten minutes, and you re frozen. think about minus 20, 34 degrees below zero. that s what it feels like right now in sue falls. dramatic cooldown to say the least, driving behind the system from denver to wichita, and this is going to dump from 6 to 10 inches of know potentially more in some places in the plains from oklahoma to tulsa, as far souths a dallas. snow and sleet. it will be an icy commute for
