Mintz served as legal counsel to ProKidney LP, a leading clinical-stage cellular therapeutics company focused on chronic kidney disease, in its combination with Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. III, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and its subsequent listing on the Nasdaq.
