Crain s survey: Black-owned businesses say they re at a disadvantage
David Kordalski/Crain s Cleveland Business

Respondents from Black-owned businesses also were much more likely to report that they are treated differently because of their race, according to the survey. Crain s conducted the survey while compiling its Minority-Owned Business Directory, which includes businesses large and small in various industries.
The difference is stark.
Do you feel like your company is at an advantage or a disadvantage because it is minority-owned?
