ev. well, my next guest got one partly because he wanted to be a responsible citizen but now he says it s the biggest scam a modern times. meet dalbert bala in january he spent about $85,000 on a ford f-150 lightning ev pricy but for him it was worth it, at the time at least. then he had to install chargers at his office and his honestly, costing thousands more. but, wait. his electric panel at home needed to get upgraded to accommodate the charger, thousands more. to do that, shortly after buying the car then, dalbert says that he got into a minor fender bender which then sent his car to the shop for months. now, that wasn t all bad enough, dalbert ended up having to ditch the car in the middle of a nightmare road trip from canada to chicago with his family. they were all there together. dalbert joins me now.
